It’s so refreshing to have a service provided like this coupled with no pressure to buy. Rose made my current hearing aids work better than they ever have and it has opened up a whole new world for me of things that I haven’t been able to hear for so darn long. I am currently working on trying toAudiologist was very engaging with demonstrating how to work with new hearing technology. david pullen 19:48 15 Mar 22 This was a VA compensation appointment which can be very intimidating and a bit stressful.Not in this case at all, from moment I walked in to the time I left, I was treated with nothing but respect.The actual process for the hearing exam were explained and hearing test was about the same as one in which I was given hearing aides.The one test missing is background noises while a person talks. The staff were very professional and went out of their way to help. They made several accommodations for me and rescheduled me 2 times due illness and stormy weather. The place was clean and smelled clean. The atmosphere was comfortable. The waiting room had several accommodations such as water and Tv and comfy chairs.
